Blake Wikle
CEO
Blake has built a 26-year career excelling in operations, food safety, and sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and product knowledge. He dedicated 13 years to poultry operations, mastering the intricacies of food safety and production processes, followed by 13 years in equipment and poultry sales, where he honed his skills in meeting customer needs and driving results.
A native of the North Georgia mountains, Blake developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community early in life. His service as a U.S. Navy veteran further shaped his discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
Blake’s expertise in food safety and customer relationship management has made him a trusted resource in the poultry industry. His ability to blend technical knowledge with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction sets him apart.
Fueled by a lifelong dream of owning and operating a family business, Blake is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and staying attuned to the evolving needs of his customers.
Alex Reaves
President
Alex brings over 15 years of sanitation leadership experience to the S4 team currently focused on overseeing all operations and strategic growth for S4.
Originally from Fort Worth Texas, Alex moved to Gainesville, GA in 2017 and has built a network of food safety like minded individuals in the southeastern area.
Alex specializes in RTE/Prepared Food knowledge as well as Listeria Prevention. Prior to S4 Alex spent the majority of his career working for Industrial Cleaning Solutions which he credits for his development growth and leadership ability in the industry.
Jose Gomez
VP Of Operations
With over 15 years of experience in the sanitation industry, Jose Gomez has built a reputation for leadership, efficiency, and dedication to excellence.
Born in Durango, Mexico, Jose’s strong work ethic and commitment to growth have propelled him to his current role as Vice President, where he oversees operations, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters team development.
His extensive background spans slaughter, further processing, and ready-to-eat (RTE) facilities, giving him a comprehensive understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Jose’s passion for maintaining high standards in sanitation reflects not only in his professional achievements but also in his ability to inspire those around him.
Luis Fernandez
VP Of Compliance
With over 12 years of experience in employee relations and compliance leadership, Luis is dedicated to fostering a positive, ethical, and people-first workplace culture. As Vice President of Compliance, they focus on building strong relationships, ensuring fair and transparent workplace policies, and advocating for employees at all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining S4, Luis played a pivotal role in shaping HR compliance and employee relations strategies at industry-leading organizations.
